United Airlines

United Airlines is a major American airline headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. It is one of the world's largest airlines, serving over 350 destinations in more than 50 countries. It also boasts various loyalty programs for frequent flyers.

I worked with them throughout 2021 and 2022 as part of a CarTrawler project. The product challenge they brought to us was to build a dedicated car booking microsite that allowed their loyalty users benefit from their car supplier’s discounts.

This required an expansion of the white-label product’s offering to accommodate their requirements.
