In 2018, Vodafone Ireland worked closely with the Irish Men’s International rugby team as their main sponsor. They launched a nationwide ad campaign that had already been running for a couple of years under the hashtag of ‘Team Of Us’.
The campaign covered everything from TV ads, outdoor advertising, interactive/digital advertising and online content.
Every year the Irish rugby team play in an international, round-robin tournament with England, Scotland, Wales, France and Italy known as ‘The Six Nations’.
The brief from Vodafone was to create sharable online content for their social channels to engage with their customers and the Irish Rugby fanbase during the tournament. The idea was to create content based on match results and stats, that could be shared online as tidbits to promote engagement and conversation.
Working closely with the video production team, I created simple motion graphic datagrams, that served as a suite animated visual infographics.
